“Go out to the whole world and proclaim the Good News.”
Mark 16:9-15
In this passage, we can be especially encouraged by Mary’s commitment to the mission. She was there with Jesus at the cross at the end and she was first there when the sun/Son rose the next day.
She didn’t hesitate to go and share the news with the disciples. She had the gift of faith and she was continually sharing it by witnessing in her life and passing on the good news to others. Where are we in the different stages of Jesus’ journey? Are we able to share our journey with him with others as readily as Mary?
