 “Your faith has restored you to health.”

Matthew 9:18-25

Jesus shows us the gift of faith that heals and restores. We may look to many things to “cure” our conditions, situations, problems, and struggles, but do these “things” fully restore us? If Jesus can heal a woman suffering for many years, how much more can he do in our lives? Do we truly believe this?

Faith is a gift, but faith also requires, on our part, total trust and surrender, giving to Jesus all of our hearts. We may be in a situation where it feels like the struggle is relentless, yet Jesus calls on us to have faith in him and to know that he is in control and can restore us to live life again to the full. Nothing is impossible with him.
