“They will condemn the Son of Man to death.”
Matthew 20:17-28
Today we are invited to reflect on Jesus’ life, his journey to death and resurrection. Although Jesus knew that he was going to die, he never stopped loving and carrying out his ministry, following God’s plans to the very end of his life.
Just as God had a plan for Jesus, he also has one for each of us. And like Jesus, we are invited to trust God and allow him to work in our lives. When we do God’s will, it might take us along unexpected paths, but doing the will of God will bring us and others true and lasting life. So, are we seeking God’s will? What can we do to love others to the very end as Jesus did?
