Australia Day
“Do not worry about tomorrow.“

Luke 12:22-32

In today’s passage, we are reminded to trust in God’s provision and not worry about material possessions, as God cares for His children and values their faith over earthly wealth. Rather than allowing worries and anxieties to consume us, we are invited to place our trust in God’s provision. Be encouraged to prioritise God’s kingdom above all else, recognising that when we align our actions and intentions with His will, we will be cared for in every aspect of our lives.

We bring unnecessary stress upon ourselves by worrying about things that are ultimately out of our control. We are reminded to have faith that He will provide for our needs and guide us on the right path by seeking God’s kingdom first. We must question our priorities and examine whether we are placing our trust in worldly concerns or in the abundant blessings that God offers us when we truly seek His kingdom above all else. As we navigate life’s uncertainties, may we heed the call to seek God first and trust in His unfailing care.
