“The blind man was cured and could see everything distinctly.”
Mark 8:22-26
When we are distant from Jesus and unable to connect with him, we may become spiritually blind, unable to recognise his love and presence within us. We rely on our own strength and agendas, failing to appreciate that he is always with us.
This week, we are invited to pray for Jesus’ compassionate love and presence. We need to remember that Jesus is always guiding us and leading us on our faith journey in the smallest details of our daily lives. He holds our hands and walks beside us, but when we are too busy and overwhelmed, we cannot experience his touch.
Do we allow Jesus to hold our hands and lead us? What prevents us from connecting with him? How is our faith in him?
