Wednesday 30th of October
“The last shall be first and the first last.”
Luke 13:22-30
It is easy to become consumed by daily routines, work, and studies and sometimes, our spiritual well-being can take a backseat. To draw closer to Jesus, we need to make a conscious effort to pray and practice love.
his involves asking Jesus how we can live out the Word of God in our lives with our interactions with others, showing love, kindness, patience, and humility.
Prayer can help break down barriers, enabling us to serve others and rely on the guidance of the Holy Spirit. As a result, people can experience the fruit of the Holy Spirit, recognise Jesus and his love, and ultimately enter the kingdom of God that is love, joy, and eternity. Do we seize the opportunity to nurture our relationship with Jesus? Are we actively working to pray, love, and care for others?
