“Go, therefore and make disciples of all nations.”

Matthew 28:16-20

Jesus was mainly speaking to Jews. They saw themselves as the Chosen people, who God had saved by giving only them His Law. They didn’t think that God wanted them to share His Law with non-Jews (Gentiles). Jesus was giving them a radical message, to save all nations by making them into His disciples.

Who are the people of our faith? We may feel comfortable sharing our faith with our prayer group and with people we know through church. But Jesus is calling us to go out of our comfort zone. How can we make disciples of everyone we know – our family, friends and work colleagues?
